Thank you to our Trustee Chris Saunders for hosting our Summer Fundraiser in July. It was such a pleasure to see people face to face and we had an amazing turnout with over 160 people attending over two days. So many people donated their time, cakes, and money to support us. Everything raised will go towards funding our core work from after-school clubs and activities and will enable us to continue our support of young people in the area. These events are a great way for supporters of Knights to get together and to speak to the staff to understand what we have been doing and the impact we are having. Reflecting on the day, Chris said: “It was a wonderful result. Despite the weather forecast all our fears evaporated as the rains held off and so many friends and local people came to support the event throughout the day.” We look forward to organising the next one!
